Little summer hands and feet

The warm days are here and along with them come the dirty fingernails, grass stains, scrapes, bruised knees and grimy feet. But what fun we have in the process of getting dirty and beaten up!

The biggest challenge this summer is making sure that whatever goes in Boothe's hands does NOT make it's way to her mouth. I'm sure she has swallowed her fair share of grass and leaves and dirt and it's only April! I've convinced myself that there is some sort of health benefit in it all. Grass must have some vitamins - at least it's organic. And I'm almost positive that dirt contains iron....

Magnolia's poor little knees are destined to be permenatly bruised this summer, but she doesn't care. She's a trooper. And she isn't afraid to get her hands dirty helping in the garden or digging through the rocks (even though if she gets the smallest amount of food on them, she needs them wiped off immediately). :)

How much these little hands will hold in their lifetime.

All the people and things they will touch. And how many steps are ahead for these little feet?

Where will they take her?
