So, you know how a lot of companies no longer have actual customer service numbers that you can call, but instead require you to sumbit a comment or complaint online and then someone e-mails you back? I think this is what you would find at the other end if you went to one of their online customer service centers.
"Dear Mr. Smith, in response to your recent inquiry...."
Magnolia seems to be enjoying this work. There are some definite perks to the job.
No one gets mad if you laugh out loud
You can take breaks whenever you want
You can hang out with your friends at work
And best of all
NO DRESS CODE!!!!!
She looks like she enjoys her job:)
