Crawling Through Hoops

Someone got stuck in her big sister's tutu...well maybe daddy put her in the tutu and set her off crawling across the floor. He has been known to place this tutu on helpless souls who cannot remove it themselves. It recently was around our dog's neck...needless to say, she sat there humiliated, unable to look anyone in the eye.
